Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a friendly and customer-focused receptionist for our Kuala Lumpur spa. You will greet customers, manage bookings, handle inquiries via WhatsApp/phone/social media, and coordinate therapist schedules while ensuring accurate records and smooth daily operations.

Requires English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin a plus. Must be comfortable with cash handling, basic IT tools, and willing to work weekends/public holidays. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable with good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin a plus.
• Basic computer skills including WhatsApp and spreadsheets.
• Cash handling and electronic payments experience.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Shift work, weekends and public holidays.
• Malaysian citizen or legally allowed to work in Malaysia.
• Prior spa/wellness/customer-service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with enquiries.
• Manage appointments, walk-ins, rescheduling and cancellations.
• Respond promptly to WhatsApp, phone calls and social media enquiries.
• Coordinate therapist schedules and assign customers fairly.
• Handle payments, issue receipts and daily cash reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales, package and membership records.
• Promote spa packages, memberships and ongoing promotions.
• Support basic administrative work, data entry and daily reports.
