Thai Odyssey Management Services Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist to greet visitors, handle calls and walk-ins, schedule therapist massages, and promote massage packages to boost sales.

You will maintain front desk cleanliness, manage cash and daily sales records, oversee bookings, and support outlet administration while delivering professional service in English and Malay.

Qualifications

• Experience as Front Desk, Receptionist or similar role is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malay.
• Good organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and walk-in customers professionally.
• Schedule therapist massage sequences and therapists' working schedules.
• Arrange customer bookings and promote massage packages to generate sales.
• Handle customer complaints with care and in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of front desk counter and outlets; manage outlet administration tasks.
• Handle cash, sales transactions and ensure accurate daily sales records.
• Responsible for stock inventory and accurate stock records.
• Undertake any other duties as required from time to time.
