- Good technical support capabilities, including troubleshooting and technical support skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with solid Customer Support and Customer Service skills, including clear communication and timely follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of Operating Systems (such as Windows and Linux) and basic networking concepts relevant to data centre and cloud environments.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 operations environment, including shift rotations, with attention to detail and adherence to incident, change and escalation procedures.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create accurate incident reports and operational documentation.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL Foundation or similar credentials are an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CEH, CCOA, and BTL1/2 is highly recommended.
- Experience in a NOC, SNOC, data centre or managed services environment is preferred.
- Good understanding of Cybersecurity principles and practices.
