Job summary

Oxydata Software Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to support and maintain enterprise network and telephony infrastructure across regional operations in Malaysia. You will work on LAN/WAN, wireless, and voice platforms, resolving incidents promptly and implementing changes per ITIL processes.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of senior-level experience and hands-on expertise with Cisco CUCM, SIP/VoIP, and monitoring tools, with ServiceNow experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in a related discipline.
• Legal right to work in Malaysia; visa sponsorship not available.
• 3–5 years of senior network/telephony support experience.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Routing & Switching, VPN, and firewalls.
• Experience with Cisco CUCM, Microsoft Teams Telephony, Amazon Connect, and/or Avaya/Genesys.
• Familiarity with SIP, PRI, VoIP, and network monitoring tools.
• Ability to provide advanced support and maintenance for enterprise network and telephony infrastructure.
• Ability to troubleshoot incidents to minimize downtime and ensure performance.
• Ability to manage changes to network and telephony systems per change management processes.
