Job summary

CS Malaysia is seeking a SNOC Support Engineer to monitor data centre and network infrastructure, respond to alerts, and ensure system availability. The role involves diagnosing incidents, providing clear client updates, and coordinating with internal teams to uphold incident response procedures.

The candidate should have a relevant IT diploma or degree, basic cybersecurity knowledge, and experience in 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
Experience in NOC/SNOC, data centre, or managed services preferred.
Certifications like CEH/CCOA/BTL1/2 are a plus.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve incidents, escalate per procedures, document activities in ticketing tools.
Provide technical and customer support to clients with clear incident communications.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement standard operating procedures and improve monitoring processes.
Assist in maintenance activities and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.
Shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays may be required for 24/7 operations.
