Job summary

Globefix Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee construction operations in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role focuses on on-site team leadership, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget while upholding safety and quality standards.

The successful candidate will coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, prepare shop drawings, and report project status. Fresh graduates are welcome; English and Bahasa Melayu skills are required.

Qualifications

• SPM is required or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu; Chinese is advantageous.
• Own transport and willingness to travel to sites/outstations.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

As a Site Supervisor at GLOBEFIX SDN. BHD., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of construction projects in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on site, managing a team of skilled workers, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate and supervise the work of a team of construction workers and subcontractors

Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure it meets project specifications and safety standards

Liaise with project managers, architects, and clients to address any issues or concerns

Identify and resolve any problems or bottlenecks on site in a timely manner

Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting on project progress

Prepare & submit shop drawings, construction drawings ,and as-built drawings

Attend meetings, site visits & any other relevant activities

Other duties as assigned by managers

What we're looking for

At least SPM

Proficient in Microsoft office softwares such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint.

Proficient in speaking English & Bahasa Melayu. Speaking Chinese is advantegeous

Have own transport and willing travel to site or outstation

Prior Knowledge of Metal Decking Systems & Aluminium Casement Framed Windows will be advantegeous
