Job summary

TERRA PROLIFIK SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for construction infrastructure, based in Kuala Lumpur/Selangor.

You will supervise, coordinate and monitor daily site work, ensuring activities follow drawings and specifications, and manage site workers and quality. The role requires a minimum of two years in similar supervisory roles, the ability to work independently with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a valid driving license with willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar supervisory role in construction.
• Able to work independently with good communication and strong problem-solving skills.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the construction site as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and site management software (preferred).
• Candidate with qualified and valid Construction cert / qualification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Supervisor based in Kuala Lumpur/Selangor. The role involves supervising, coordinating and monitoring daily site work in progress, ensuring construction activities follow drawings and specifications, and managing site workers and work quality.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on site, ensuring work is carried out in accordance with project specifications and plans
• Monitor and manage site workforce, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance evaluation
• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure they meet project standards and specifications
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM / “O” Level, Higher Secondary / STPM / Pre-U in any field.
• Candidate with qualified and valid Construction cert / qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar supervisory role in construction
• Able to work independently, have good communication skill and strong solving skills
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the construction site as required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and site management software (preferred)
