Job summary

Blu Steel Profiles Sdn. Bhd.

is seeking a Site Supervisor based in Kuala Lumpur/Selangor to supervise, coordinate and monitor daily site work in progress, ensuring construction activities follow drawings and specifications while upholding safety and quality standards. You will liaise with contractors and consultants, conduct site coordination and meetings, update daily progress reports and monitor workmanship.

Qualifications

• Candidates with SPM/STPM or Diploma in Construction Management or Building Technology.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• 1–2 years of site exposure in building construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and monitor daily site work in progress and update daily progress report
• Check and monitor contractor's progress of works to ensure project is ahead of schedule
• Supervise and inspect construction work on site and manage site workers
• Check and ensure construction activities follow drawings and specification, liaise with contractors or consultants to resolve construction issues
• Carry out the site coordination, site meetings and troubleshooting
• Monitor work quality done by the operation teams

Key responsibilities

Supervise, coordinate and monitor daily site work in progress and update daily progress report

Check and monitor contractor's progress of works in order to ensure project is ahead of schedule

Supervise and inspect construction work on site and manage site workers

Check and ensure construction activities follow construction drawings and specification, liaise with contractors or consultants to resolve the construction issue where necessary

Carry out the site coordination, site meeting and trouble shooting

Monitor work quality done by the operation teams

About you

Possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma in Construction Management, Building Technology or other building related discipline

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Minimum 1-2 years work exposure in building construction, preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent

Able to work independently, have good communication skill and strong solving skills

Must have valid driving licence
