Job summary

Kemudi Sempurna Sdn. Bhd. is expanding its team and seeks a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities at project sites. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with drawings, plans, and regulations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in site supervision, a Civil Engineering qualification, and strong communication skills. Willingness to travel to sites and work independently is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction/site supervision.
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive working attitude, responsible, punctual and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel to project sites and outstation when required.
• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site to ensure smooth progress and timely completion.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors to ensure works follow drawings and plans.
• Ensure work quality, site safety and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate delivery of materials, machinery and equipment to site.
• Prepare and submit daily site progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Attend site and technical meetings with clients, consultants and relevant parties.
• Prepare tender submission documents, including sourcing and price comparisons.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site to ensure smooth progress and timely completion.

Coordinate and monitor subcontractors to ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, construction plans, procedures and work instructions.

Ensure work quality, site safety and compliance with relevant regulations.

Coordinate the delivery of materials, machinery and equipment to the site.

Prepare and submit daily site progress reports to the Project Manager.

Monitor project progress and report any site issues or delays to the immediate superior.

Conduct regular meetings with workers and subcontractors to ensure project schedules and targets are achieved.

Attend site and technical meetings with clients, consultants and relevant parties.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

Prepare tender submission documents, includes sourcing, price comparison and any related documents.

About you

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction/site supervision.

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive working attitude, responsible, punctual and able to work independently.

Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Willing to work at project sites and travel when required.

Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation to project sites.
