Job summary

WGH ARCHITECTURAL FACADE SDN. BHD. in Penang seeks a Site Supervisor to manage daily site activities, ensure work aligns with drawings and schedules, and coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

You will monitor quality and safety, record progress, and help resolve site issues. Candidates should have a Civil Engineering degree, 2–5 years' experience, and strong communication in English and Malay.

Requirements:

Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and related reporting tools.

Positive attitude, responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced site environment.

Good communication, coordination, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Good problem-solving skills and able to handle unexpected site issues or work conditions.
