Job summary

Globefix Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee construction operations in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role focuses on on-site team leadership, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget while upholding safety and quality standards.

The successful candidate will coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, prepare shop drawings, and report project status. Fresh graduates are welcome; English and Bahasa Melayu skills are required.

Qualifications

• SPM is required or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu; Chinese is advantageous.
• Own transport and willingness to travel to sites/outstations.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the work of construction workers and subcontractors on site.
• Monitor progress and quality to meet specs and safety standards.
• Liaise with project managers, architects, and clients to address issues.
• Identify and resolve problems or bottlenecks on site in a timely manner.
• Maintain records, documentation, and reporting on progress.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Attend meetings and site visits; perform other duties as assigned by managers.
