Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily site operations, including resource allocation, scheduling and workflow management.
• Supervise and coordinate construction teams, ensuring adherence to project requirements and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain detailed site records, including timesheets, equipment logs, material deliveries and progress reports.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders regarding progress and resolutions.
• Manage equipment and materials on site, ensuring proper storage and maintenance.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly to minimise delays and costs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, permits and environmental requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and external service providers as needed.

About the role

CITI TRENCHLESS SDN BHD is seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Supervisor to join our construction team in Penampang, Sabah. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing site teams, coordinating construction activities, and maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and quality across all project sites. This role is essential to our operational success and directly impacts project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily site operations, including resource allocation, scheduling and workflow management
• Supervise and coordinate construction teams, ensuring all personnel understand project requirements and safety protocols
