Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day outlet operations and ensure smooth, disciplined, and profitable store performance.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, enforcing SOPs, staff management, food quality, inventory, and reporting. The role requires at least 1 year in F&B ops, on-site work (weekends/peak hours), and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B operations (QSR / fast food preferred).
• Experience managing restaurant or outlet operations is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work on-site, including weekends and peak hours.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Basic computer skills (Excel / Google Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including opening, peak hours, and closing.
• Ensure all operational SOPs are followed (kitchen workflow, frying process, hygiene, cleanliness).
• Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively on site.
• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and front-of-house.
• Plan staff scheduling and control overtime.
• Train staff on workflow efficiency, food quality standards, and service attitude.
• Monitor staff discipline, attendance, and performance.
• Assist HR with recruitment, onboarding, and staff performance management.
• Maintain product quality meets brand standards (taste, crispiness, portioning, presentation).
• Maintain consistency in food preparation and serving.
• Handle customer feedback and reduce complaints.
• Monitor daily sales performance and operational costs.
• Control food wastage, oil usage, and raw material yield.
• Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements.
• Support outlet readiness for future expansion and standardisation.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations
