Job summary

Wyld Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dynamic outlet supervisor to lead daily operations, drive service excellence, and maintain high standards across the team.

You will motivate and coach staff, manage scheduling and training, monitor stock, and ensure food safety, cleanliness, and quality while delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Has at least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in F&B or retail.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills.
• Is proactive, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoys coaching and developing team members.
