Job description

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing multi-store F&B operations, ensuring strict adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), driving continuous sales growth, and optimizing cost and inventory controls. This role plays a critical part in maintaining high service standards, managing team performance, ensuring rigorous reporting accuracy, and supporting successful new store expansions in alignment with company key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key responsibilities

• Ensure consistency across all outlets by achieving a ≥95% pass rate on store SOP inspections, covering food preparation processes, hygiene, and service standards
• Monitor performance via monthly store inspection checklists and photo records
• Maintain fast serving speeds, targeting a serving time of ≤10 minutes for quick-service items through random store checks and customer feedback monitoring
• Drive brand reputation and customer retention by achieving a customer satisfaction rate of ≥85% based on surveys, reviews, and feedback
• Drive continuous revenue growth, aiming for a monthly revenue growth rate of ≥5% or successfully meeting budgeted financial targets
• Manage supply chain operations smoothly by keeping the food waste rate ≤3% and the stock-out rate ≤2%
• Stabilize the workforce and enhance employee skills by maintaining a quarterly employee turnover rate of ≤8% and achieving 100% training coverage
• Ensure transparency and efficient communication through a 100% submission rate for daily store inspection reports, alongside timely delivery of weekly and monthly reports
• Facilitate seamless expansion by achieving a 100% completion rate for new store SOP implementation, ensuring outlets achieve stable operations within 30 days of opening

About you

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the F&B, retail, or quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry
• Strong background in inventory control, food safety regulations, hygiene compliance, and financial/cost management
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-store teams, reduce staff turnover, execute training programs effectively, and drive operational excellence
• Excellent analytical skills for financial reporting, sales tracking, inventory auditing, and operational performance measurement
