Job summary

Specialty Food Enterprise Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on F&B Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple outlets and lead outlet Supervisors and teams. You will monitor performance, ensure SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards, and take timely corrective actions to keep outlets running smoothly.

The role requires 3–5 years in F&B operations, strong leadership, proactivity, and excellent communication. Travel between outlets is expected in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant F&B operations experience, preferably in a multi-outlet environment.

• Conduct regular outlet visits and inspections.

• Monitor stock, wastage, food cost and operational expenses.
• Coach, guide and manage staff performance and discipline.
• Handle operational and customer-related issues.
• Provide daily updates to Management on progress, issues, actions taken and follow-up required.

We are looking for a hands-on, proactive and accountable F&B Operation Manager who can see what needs to be done, take action without waiting for instructions, ask when clarification is needed, and keep Management updated on daily progress, issues and solutions.

Key responsibilities

About you
