Job summary

Jobs2Web seeks a seasoned Warehouse Operations Manager to lead end-to-end warehousing activities in Petaling Jaya. You will oversee receiving, storage, inventory control and dispatch, while driving safety, accuracy and performance metrics.

You will implement 5S, lean warehousing, and automation projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless processes, and manage training and development of the warehouse staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations or related field.
• More than 5 years’ experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), SAP tools and systems.
• Knowledge of international shipping procedures and documentation (if applicable).
• Must be able to work in shift and willing to work flexible hours/weekends during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Knowledge of international shipping procedures and documentation (if applicable)
• Must be able to work in shift and willingness to work flexible hours/weekends during peak seasons
• Experience and knowledge of TPM would be an advantage
