Manage and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and delivery coordination.
Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse personnel to achieve operational and productivity targets.
Ensure accurate inventory management, stock control, cycle counts, and regular stock reconciliation.
Monitor warehouse capacity, space utilisation, material movement, and storage practices.
Establish and maintain efficient warehouse processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer and internal orders.
Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth material and product flow.
Monitor warehouse KPIs, productivity, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and operational costs.
Investigate inventory discrepancies, damages, losses, and operational issues, implementing appropriate corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, company policies, quality standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Maintain proper warehouse documentation, records, and reporting.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
Manage relationships with logistics providers, suppliers, contractors, and other external parties where required.
Prepare regular operational and inventory reports for management.
Support warehouse audits and ensure continuous improvement initiatives are implemented.
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes.
Good leadership, people management, and problem‑solving skills.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with ERP/WMS systems will be an advantage.
Ability to analyse operational data and drive performance improvements.
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet operational deadlines.
