TENPOWER MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Selangor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, issuing, picking, packing and shipment.
The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, cycle counts, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and coordination with Production, Purchasing, Quality and Logistics teams. A Diploma or Degree in Logistics or related field with 3–5 years of warehouse experience and 1–2 years of supervision is preferred.
Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, material issuance, picking, packing and shipment.
Ensure raw materials, WIP and finished goods are stored and handled according to company procedures.
Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure all stock movements are properly recorded in the system.
Conduct and coordinate cycle counts, stock checks and physical inventory activities.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Plan manpower allocation and daily work assignments for warehouse staff.
Monitor warehouse productivity, attendance, discipline and work performance.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO and proper material identification and traceability are followed.
Coordinate closely with Production, PMC, Purchasing, Quality and Logistics teams to ensure timely material supply and shipment.
Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with 5S, EHS and safety requirements.
Monitor loading/unloading activities and ensure materials are handled safely to prevent damage.
Ensure warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and racking systems are properly maintained and used safely.
Prepare warehouse reports including inventory status, stock discrepancies, productivity and operational issues.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency, space utilization and inventory control.
Perform other warehouse-related duties assigned by management.
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
At least 1–2 years of supervisory/team-leading experience.
Good knowledge of inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, 5S and warehouse safety.
Experience with ERP/WMS systems is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure and coordinate across different departments.
Willing to work shifts or overtime when required.
