Job summary

K Master Logistics Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a senior Head of Warehouse to oversee end-to-end operations, drive efficiency, and ensure safety across multiple shifts in a high-volume environment.

The role requires deep expertise in WMS/ERP systems, budgeting, and staff leadership with a proven track record in logistics management within a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years in warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop large teams.
• Deep knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Proficiency in WMS, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, Microsoft Dynamics), and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement warehouse strategies aligned with company goals and supply chain objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage warehouse supervisors, team leads, and staff across multiple shifts.
• Set performance targets (KPIs) and ensure operational excellence in productivity, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Ensure optimal inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and WMS integrity.
• Prepare and manage the warehouse budget, including labor, equipment, and consumables.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA/local health and safety regulations.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of WMS, ERP, and barcode/RF scanning systems.
• Act as the key point of contact for warehouse-related matters with internal and external stakeholders.
