NAI COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise daily operations in Bayan Lepas, Penang. You will oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and dispatch activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
You will plan manpower, monitor performance, enforce SOPs, and drive improvements while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Strong leadership and ERP/WMS experience are essential.
Lead, supervise, and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and dispatch activities. Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control, cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and proper storage practices. Monitor warehouse performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance efficiency and space utilization.

Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control, cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and proper storage practices
Plan, allocate, and optimize manpower resources to meet operational requirements and productivity targets
Monitor warehouse performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance efficiency and space utilization
Establish, implement, and enforce warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices
Ensure compliance with warehouse safety requirements, company policies, quality management systems, and regulatory standards
Lead warehouse safety initiatives and maintain a safe working environment for all employees
Conduct regular team briefings, coaching, training, and performance management to develop team capabilities and promote teamwork
Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including transportation arrangements, freight forwarding activities, and shipment tracking
Manage import and export processes, customs clearance documentation, commercial invoices, and compliance with applicable customs regulations and customer requirements
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, material handling, and logistics operations
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and warehouse management systems (WMS)
Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
