Credit Bureau Malaysia is seeking a capable Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our logistics hub. You will lead warehouse staff, ensure accuracy, manage stock, coordinate deliveries, and maintain ERP/WMS transactions.
The role requires a Diploma/Degree in a related field and at least 5 years of warehouse experience, with strong Excel skills and the ability to work independently to resolve issues.
Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, checking, loading, dispatch, and stock control.
Lead and coordinate warehouse manpower to achieve productivity, accuracy, and service targets.
Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movements, discrepancies, and stock availability.
Coordinate deliveries, transporters, incoming containers, and shipment schedules.
Ensure accurate ERP/WMS/JDE transactions and proper warehouse documentation.
Ensure compliance with warehouse SOP, safety, PPE, housekeeping, and 5S standards.
Prepare warehouse and logistics KPI reports and monitor operational performance.
Identify operational issues and drive corrective actions, process improvements, and cost-saving initiatives.
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably in trading, distribution, wholesale, or 3PL environments.
Experience supervising warehouse personnel and coordinating daily operations.
Knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse best practices.
Experience using WMS or ERP systems is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
Able to work independently and solve operational issues effectively.
