Job summary

Dhaya Maju Infrastructure (Asia) Sdn. Berhad is seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Executive to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock control, ensuring efficient storage and timely deliveries.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong Excel/Word skills, and the ability to supervise staff; forklift certification is a plus for this on-site role in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing sizeable warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control and warehouse best practices.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented with high accuracy in inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Experience in maintaining stock cards and inventory documentation.
• Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Forklift certification/license will be an added advantage.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Warehouse Executive to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock control activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, stock movement, and dispatch activities.

Ensure accurate inventory control and maintain high standards of stock accuracy.

Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain and update stock cards, inventory records, and warehouse documentation.

Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.

Monitor warehouse housekeeping and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.

Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth inventory flow and timely deliveries.

Supervise warehouse staff and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage and loss.

About you

Minimum 10 years of experience in managing sizeable warehouse operations.

Meticulous and detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in inventory management.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Experienced in maintaining stock cards and inventory documentation.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to operate a forklift with a valid forklift certification/license will be an added advantage.

Experience in supervising warehouse personnel and managing warehouse performance.
