Job summary

Dhaya Maju Infrastructure (Asia) Sdn. Berhad is seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Executive to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock control, ensuring efficient storage and timely deliveries.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong Excel/Word skills, and the ability to supervise staff; forklift certification is a plus for this on-site role in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing sizeable warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control and warehouse best practices.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented with high accuracy in inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Experience in maintaining stock cards and inventory documentation.
• Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Forklift certification/license will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, stock movement and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and high stock accuracy.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to identify discrepancies.
• Maintain stock cards, inventory records and warehouse documentation.
• Prepare and maintain reports using Excel and Word.
• Monitor warehouse housekeeping and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth inventory flow and timely deliveries.
• Supervise warehouse staff and optimize processes to improve efficiency.
