Job summary

PREMIER CENTRE GROUP SDN BHD – Kapar, Selangor is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Supervisor to oversee stock movements and daily operations in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 3–5 years in warehouse operations, strong WMS and SAP knowledge, and proven leadership. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia preferred, with adherence to safety and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and warehouse management software.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock movements between Production → Warehouse → Customer on a daily basis.
• Manage FIFO and batch number controls on a daily basis.
• Manage stock arrangement and 5S housekeeping following by items.
• Coordinate delivery arrangements for customers daily.
• Coordinate transport arrangements daily.
• Generate delivery orders and stock reports daily/weekly/monthly.
• Update stock movements in stock cards and SAP system daily.
• General filing of all documents systematically for audit purposes daily.
• Physical stock taking and reporting to Accounts/Planning weekly/monthly.
• Reconcile stocks with Production monthly.
• Interact with Planning/Accounts/Customers daily.
• Prepare shipment documentation for exports as required.

• Manage stock movements between Production->Warehouse -> Customer – Daily
• Manage practice of FIFO and Batch number Controls – Daily
• Manage Stock arrangement – following by items and practicing 5’s
• Coordinating Delivery arrangements for Customers – Daily
• Coordinating Transport arrangements – Daily
• Generating of Delivery Orders and Stock Reports – Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly
• Updating stock movements – stocks cards / SAP system – Daily
• General filing of all documents systematically for audit purposes - Daily
• Physical Stock Taking and Reporting to Accounts/ Planning – Weekly/Monthly
• Reconciliation of Stocks with Production - Monthly
• Interaction with Planning/ Accounts / Customers – Daily
• Preparation of Shipment Documentation for Exports – As and When Required
• Follow up with Quality Control on Status of Products – Daily
• Manage Stock Movement for Goods which require Banding – Daily/Weekly
• Manage Good House Keeping in Warehouse - Daily
• Follow up on Sales Orders with Commercial - Daily
• Submission of acknowledged Delivery Order to Accounts - Daily

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and warehouse management software
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and verbal)
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations
• Physical capability to work in a warehouse environment and perform duties as required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills
• Preferably, experience with import/export operations or handling hazardous materials would be advantageous
