Qualifications

• 5+ years of working experience in warehouse operations, preferably as a warehouse executive.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience in managing inventory and conducting stock counts.

Job Description:

• Ensure warehouse personnel adhere to theallocation of materials based on agreed floor plansand manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, and outbound activities.
• Monitor and ensure allphysical movements of goods, including incoming and outgoing transactions and transfers between warehouses (MP1, MP2, Bernam Warehouse, PG, GFL and TCH), are updated in the system within24 hours.
• Ensure all incoming goods arechecked according to specificationsand stored indesignated warehouse locationswithin24 hoursor on the same day if necessary.
• Maintain accurateinventory recordsthrough regular cycle counting, stock reconciliation, variance control, and ensure stock cards are updated after each movement.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implementcorrective actionswhen necessary.
• Monitor and implement schedules forincoming and outgoing shipments, including cross-checking physical items against supplier delivery orders or shipping checklists to prevent discrepancies.
• Ensure allwarehouse documentation(Packing List, Supplier Delivery Orders, Transfer Orders, Customer Delivery Orders) are properly maintained and updated according to standard operating procedures.
• Verify and submitreplenishment requeststo Finance on time.
• Track replenishment for updated daily stock of15 key itemsand raise requests to Business Relation & Purchasing for restocking if required.
• Update incoming goods and monitorstock movements at external warehouses(BRN, GFL & TCH).
• Supportwarehouse system enhancements, digitalization, and process improvement initiatives.
• Lead supervisors and operational teams to achieveoperational KPIs and service level targets.
• Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and other duties as assigned.

What You’ll NeedMust Have

• MinimumDiploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• At least5 years of working experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a warehouse executive role.
• Strong knowledge inwarehouse operations, inventory control, and stock management.
• Experience usingWarehouse Management Systems (WMS). Knowledge ofSAPis an advantage.
• Goodleadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Language proficiency inBahasa Malaysia and English.Mandarinis an added advantage.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Good to Have

• Experience inmonthly stock counts and cycle counting.
• Experience managinginventory accuracy and stock variance control.
• Ability tolead and manage supervisors and warehouse teams effectively.
• Stronganalytical skills in operational and inventory performance monitoring.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
