Job summary

BRILLIANT SUPPLY CHAIN SERVICE (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Warehouse Executive in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah.

The role involves managing daily inbound/outbound, storage, and inventory operations, while ensuring accurate receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch. You will supervise staff, maintain safety, and coordinate with Customs and freight partners. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in warehouse or bonded operations, knowledge of RMCD requirements, proficiency in WMS/ERP systems, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or bonded warehouse operation.
• Knowledge of RMCD bonded warehouse requirements & customs procedures is preferred.
• Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems and inventory management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to multitask.

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to join our dynamic team. This full-time position will be based at our office in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, where you will play a vital role in supporting our warehouse operations.

What you'll be doing

Warehouse Operations

Manage daily inbound, outbound, storage, and inventory operations.

Ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.

Monitor warehouse space, stock movement, and storage locations.

Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.

Bonded Warehouse & LMW Compliance

Ensure warehouse operations comply with RMCD bonded warehouse and LMW requirements.

Maintain accurate records of bonded and duty-suspended inventory.

Manage customs documentation for import, export, and bonded transactions.

Coordinate with Customs, freight forwarders, shipping agents, and internal departments.

Support customs audits, inspections, and stock reconciliation.

Inventory & Warehouse System

Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS/ERP system.

Monitor stock movements and ensure timely system updates.

Conduct cycle counts and periodic stock takes.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Prepare inventory and warehouse performance reports.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate warehouse and shipping documentation.

Ensure timely processing of delivery orders, customs declarations, and inventory records.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and warehouse procedures.

Monitor proper use of PPE and safe handling of equipment and materials.

Conduct routine safety inspections and report hazards or incidents.

Support emergency response, fire safety, and evacuation activities.

Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.

Support warehouse system, automation, and process improvement initiatives.

Assist in developing and updating warehouse SOPs.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's Degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or bonded warehouse operation.

Experience in bonded warehouse & LMW operations is an advantage.

Good knowledge of Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD) requirements & customs procedures.

Proficient in WMS/ERP systems, inventory management & warehouse documentation.

Good understanding of inventory control, stock reconciliation & warehouse processes.

Good leadership & team management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Mandarin speaking is an added advantage to working with China teams.

Able to work independently & manage mulitple tasks effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
