Qualifications

• Requires an Associate degree in a technical discipline with 3–5 years of related experience.
• Pursue and maintain recognized technical certifications as applicable to the role.
• Proficient in hardware, software, networking and data storage concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to customers with escalated issues.
• Respond to escalations and guide junior advisors as needed.
• Investigate and resolve user questions across hardware, software, networking and storage.
• Maintain high level knowledge of client products and services.
• Follow escalation paths and communicate effectively with customers.
• Record accurate notes and provide reporting analysis as required.
