Concentrix CVG Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Advisor I, Customer Service – Japanese COE Specialist in Kuala Lumpur.

The role interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls or online channels, delivering service and resolving routine problems for the client's products or services. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong communication and PC skills, and can work in a fast-paced environment with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Detail-oriented and dependable.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Patient in all customer interactions; maintain professional tone.

Responsibilities

• Meet KPIs for customer service delivery.
• Clarify customer requirements and provide resolution using available resources.
• Demonstrate empathy and build rapport with customers.
• Greet customers courteously and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of client products and services.
• Prepare complete and accurate records and notes in accounts.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services.
• Track and retrieve information in the call-tracking system.
• Respond to inquiries by referring to published materials or senior staff.
