Qualifications

• High school diploma required with 0–6 months of related experience preferred.
• Polite, courteous and customer-focused.
• Strong computer navigation and PC skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Reliable with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly.
• Patient in all customer interactions and able to maintain a professional tone.
• Willingness to rotate shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and online inquiries.
• Resolve routine customer problems and provide product/service information.
• Meet contractual KPIs and ensure quality service delivery.
