Job summary

Talent Porter is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to drive both business development and recruitment delivery. You will actively win recruitment mandates and manage the hiring process from briefing to placement.

You will mentor junior recruiters and sourcing specialists while coordinating with stakeholders across Technology, Financial Services, Professional Services, and Corporate Functions to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven success in job agency recruitment and business development.
• Ability to hunt, develop, and grow client accounts.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to placement.
• Strong understanding of Technology, Financial Services, Professional Services, Corporate Functions, and other specialist sectors hiring.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior recruiters and sourcing teams.
• Strong client-facing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially driven with a track record of meeting placement or revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment technology platforms.
