Ambition in Malaysia is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to own the end-to-end recruitment journey, from briefing to placement and beyond, building client relationships, growing networks and developing market expertise.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in recruitment, sales, business development, account management, customer relationship management or a related field.
• Previous agency recruitment or talent acquisition experience is advantageous
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Confidence in building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
• A commercial mindset with a strong customer focus
• Self-motivated, resilient and results-driven with a positive attitude
• A passion for delivering an exceptional client and candidate experience

• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments aligned with client requirements
• Support candidates through interview preparation, offer management and post-placement engagement

• Develop a strong professional presence within your market or vertical

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll work as a 360-degree recruiter, managing the full recruitment journey from job brief through to successful placement and beyond. Depending on your experience, you’ll build and manage client relationships, grow your candidate network, develop your market expertise and contribute to the continued growth of Ambition. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is commercially minded, relationship-driven and motivated to become a market expert and trusted advisor within their area of specialisation.
