Job summary

Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team in Malaysia. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across professional, technical, or corporate roles, partnering with senior stakeholders to design effective strategies and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.

You will proactively source top talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and talent mapping, while building strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across professional, technical, or corporate roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates through direct search methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and consultative skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and market trends.
• Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through to offer management and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.

• Drive recruitment process improvements and contribute to talent acquisition best practices.
• Ensure recruitment activity is accurately tracked and maintained within the ATS and reporting systems.
