Omya Malaysia is seeking a skilled Order Management professional to handle end-to-end order processing, pricing checks in SAP, and accurate order entry. You will coordinate with plants and inventory teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve complex orders efficiently.

In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain data integrity and communicate effectively with customers to manage expectations and minimize disruptions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant working experience in an operational or function-related position.
• Experience in order management & customer service experience.
• Proven track record independently handling complex orders, exceptions and disputes end-to-end.

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders across channels and order types in SAP.
• Create SAP quotations, verify prices/terms, and create sales orders.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with plants and inventory managers.
• Own and resolve complex/ non-standard cases (releases, credit blocks, proforma).
• Handle order changes, cancellations and returns end-to-end with SAP updates.
• Follow up on delays and inform customers of status.
• Perform month-end open-item closure with service lines and customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Master Data Governance for accurate data.
