• Process Order Management and related business requests accurately in accordance with requirements and policies.
• Review requests for completeness and clarify requirements with stakeholders.
• Process orders using SAP and other systems in a timely manner.
• Follow up on pending matters and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain SOPs and support process improvement initiatives.
