International Data Corp is seeking an Order Management Specialist in Malaysia to own the end-to-end order lifecycle, coordinating with sales, finance, logistics and customers to ensure accurate processing and timely invoicing. You will verify order details, maintain ERP records, and support month-end close while continuously improving workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, finance, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently, from receipt through delivery and invoicing.
• Verify order details (pricing, terms, product/service codes, credit status) prior to processing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and GSOC/Fulfillment teams to resolve discrepancies or delays.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Maintain accurate records in the order management/ERP system.
• Support month-end close activities related to order and revenue reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and relevant regulations.
