Omya Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Order Management Specialist to manage end-to-end order processing, ensure accurate pricing, and drive timely order confirmations using SAP and Salesforce. You will coordinate with customers, plants and inventory teams, handle changes, returns, credit blocks and disputes, and continuously seek improvements across order-to-cash processes.

The role demands 1–3 years in operations or order management, strong data discipline, and excellent stakeholder

Qualificações

• University degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience in an operational or function-related position.
• Experience in order management & customer service experience.
• Proven track record independently handling complex orders, exceptions and disputes end-to-end.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders across channels, validate data and create SAP quotations.
• Perform available-to-promise checks and coordinate delivery schedules with customers, plants and inventory managers.
• Own and resolve customer cases: order releases, credit-blocks, proforma scenarios, detour orders and high-value orders.
• Handle order changes, cancellations and returns end-to-end, ensuring SAP updates and customer communication.
• Proactively follow up on delays and keep customers informed of status and revised schedules.
• Perform month-end open-item identification and closure with service lines, functions and customers.
