Job summary

Omya Asia Pacific Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Order Management professional to handle end-to-end order processing, SAP/Salesforce-driven workflows, and customer liaison across channels in Kuala Lumpur.

You will coordinate with plants, inventory, and service lines, ensuring accurate master data and driving improvements within the O2C cycle. Based in Kuala Lumpur, this role focuses on timely, error-free order fulfilment and customer communications.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in an operational or function-related position; order management & customer service experience.
• Proven track record handling complex orders end-to-end; knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end order processing across channels and order types.
• Validate and process customer orders; create SAP quotations and sales orders.
• Perform available-to-promise / inventory checks and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Own and resolve customer cases; manage order changes, cancellations and returns.
• Follow up on delays and inform customers of status and revised schedules.
• Contribute to O2C standardization, automation and process documentation.
