Job summary

Omya in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a hands-on Fulfillment Specialist to manage daily warehouse and distribution activities. You will ensure stock availability, accurate goods movements, and timely order fulfillment in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

You will support inventory control, implement standard procedures, and work closely with SAP MM and MS Office tools to sustain efficient operations in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Education: University degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years in fulfillment, warehouse operations or logistics execution.
• Skills: Good knowledge of fulfillment and warehouse processes; SAP and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day fulfillment operations across inventory, inbound, outbound, and returns.
• Coordinate and complete goods receipt, picking, and shipping activities with accuracy.
• Ensure stock availability, inventory accuracy, and timely MES postings and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with 3PLs and warehouse operators to resolve issues and support continuous improvement.
