Job summary

OSK Holdings Berhad is seeking a results-driven Process Improvement Manager to lead end-to-end reviews of business processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive automation opportunities.

You will develop optimized workflows, document governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement redesigned processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. A proven track record in process optimization within a corporate environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business process improvement, re-engineering, or transformation projects.
• Proven track record of delivering successful process optimization initiatives in a corporate environment.
• Professional certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end reviews of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Develop optimized workflows using industry best practices and automation opportunities.
• Review and update operations manuals, policies, and procedures to reflect current and improved processes.
• Lead process re-engineering initiatives to achieve measurable improvements in productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement redesigned processes and monitor adoption.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with business units to gather requirements and validate proposed changes.
• Act as a change agent to drive process improvement culture across the organization.
• Ensure redesigned processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
