OCBC is seeking a Process Management Specialist to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and drive business growth within Malaysia. You will analyze processes, design changes, document workflows, and collaborate with IT to ensure smooth system integration while monitoring performance.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in business/operations, 3+ years in process management, and a proven track record in Lean or Six Sigma, with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-influence

Competenze

• A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in process management, operations, or related field.
• Proven track record of process improvement and implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think creatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with process mapping tools and techniques, such as Lean or Six Sigma.

• Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for automation.
• Design and implement process changes, working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions.
