Job summary

PPB Group Berhad in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR operations professional to support talent management, learning & development, rewards, HR analytics and HRMS across the Group Centers of Excellence. The role focuses on seamless program execution and efficient service delivery.

You will coordinate end-to-end program logistics, maintain administration databases, assist HRMS projects, generate reports, and manage COE procurement and general admin.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required, preferably in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with SAP HR System is a plus.
• Aptitude for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end operational and event logistics for talent/leadership programs and L&D initiatives across the Group.
• Maintain Talent and L&D administration database and reporting requirements.
• Support rewards programs and HR analytics data consolidation.
• Assist HRMS projects, enhancements and reporting activities.
• Provide day-to-day user support and coordinate HRMS activities and trainings.
• Handle COE procurement, vendor operations and general administrative duties.
