Job summary

PEOPLElogy Berhad in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Malaysian employment law and alignment with business goals.

You will partner with department heads on manpower planning, end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, performance reviews, learning plans and HRD Corp claims.

This role also drives employee relations, policy governance, HRIS maintenance, reporting, and mentoring of the HR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration or Psychology.
• 7+ years HR experience, including 3+ years in a managerial or lead role.
• Professional certification such as MIHRM, CHRP or SHRM-CP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead full employee lifecycle, from hiring to exit, ensuring compliance with Malaysian employment law.
• Partner with department heads on manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance reviews and learning plans.
• Manage HRIS data, payroll processing and statutory submissions; ensure accurate HR reporting.
