Qualifications

• 5 years of managerial HR experience in an MNC.
• Hands-on experience with HR lifecycle: operations, requisition/development, compensation & benefits, performance management.
• Familiar with labour laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR expertise and advice across Talent Development, Requisition, Employee Engagement, and payroll operations.
• Lead and participate in global or regional HR projects.
• Support compliance with local labour regulations and company policies.
