Job summary

VHR Consultancy is seeking a Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR functions in Malaysia. The role covers talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance with local labor laws.

You will lead employee relations, performance processes, and HR data management in HRIS/ATS while supporting training initiatives. Onsite work is required, with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Onsite work availability and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding and induction programs.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and initiatives to improve workplace culture and retention.
• Support payroll processing, attendance, leaves, and administration of benefits and statutory contributions.
• Develop and update HR policies to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate HR records in HRIS/ATS and generate HR metrics and turnover reports.
• Assist with performance review cycles and coordinate training needs.
