The role provides HR expertise across Talent Requisition, Development, and Employee Engagement, supporting the organization in achieving business goals and complying with corporate and regional guidelines. The position involves leading global or regional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• HR certification.
• 5 years of HR managerial experience in an MNC.
• Hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Familiar with local labour laws and regulations.
• MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partner support to drive performance and growth.
• Manage talent requisition and development; build talent pool and pipelines.
• Enhance employee engagement and implement training and CEUs in collaboration with Education department.
• Lead or participate in global or regional HR projects.
• Ensure compliance with local labour regulations and company policies.
