Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks an experienced HR and Administrative professional to manage full spectrum of HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and policy development.

You will maintain employee records, handle attendance, leave, appraisals, performance improvement plans, and ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws while supporting management with HR analytics and staff welfare initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions.
• Handle recruitment, interviewing, onboarding and manpower planning.
• Manage employee records, attendance, leave, confirmation, promotion and resignation matters.
• Coordinate monthly payroll and statutory contributions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
• Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
• Develop, implement and maintain company HR policies, procedures and employee handbook.
• Coordinate employee performance appraisals, KPI reviews and performance improvement plans.
• Advise management on HR-related matters and Malaysian employment practices.
• Organise staff training, employee engagement and welfare activities.
• Manage foreign worker documentation and related matters, where applicable.
• Prepare HR reports and provide manpower and HR analysis to management.
• Ensure proper HR documentation and compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Oversee general office administration and other administrative matters when required.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.
