in Malaysia seeks an experienced HR professional to manage recruitment, compensation, payroll, performance, and employee relations as the function modernizes processes aligned to growth strategy. As a newly formalized HR team, you will streamline workflows, implement policies, and collaborate with leaders to nurture talent, ensure compliance, and foster a positive work culture across the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Preferably 2+ years’ experience in HR or related field.
• Strong analytical, presentation, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Chinese and English.
• Proficient in HRMS and MS Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Handle end-to-end hiring: postings, interviews, references, onboarding.
• Manage payroll processing and HR records in the HR system.
• Ensure compliance with Employment Act and HR policies.
• Prepare HR reports and key metrics for management.
• Support learning and development and succession planning.
• Maintain a positive work environment and employee relations activities.
