Job summary

Ropedia Pte Ltd is seeking an HR professional to take ownership of the Malaysia office's HR operations, payroll and administration, while acting as the primary point of contact with Singapore HQ (HR).

You will manage the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to probation, performance management and offboarding—and ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws while developing and implementing HR policies and SOPs for the Malaysia office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR and admin experience.
• Hands-on in full-spectrum HR and end-to-end payroll.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Able to work independently and own Malaysia HR operations.
• Proficient in Chinese, English and Malay (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the full spectrum of HR functions for the Malaysia office.
• Manage end-to-end payroll, salary, deductions, and statutory submissions.
• Coordinate regional HR policies with Singapore HQ and align regional requirements.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, ER and offboarding.
• Support general office administration when required.
