Set Gaji Sdn. Bhd. is a dynamic fintech company offering early access to employee earnings and modern payroll solutions. We are seeking a Human Resources Executive to support recruitment, payroll, and HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with managers, ensure statutory compliance in Malaysia, manage onboarding/offboarding, and drive process improvements across benefits and compensation. Join us to contribute to a growing team shaping financial wellbeing for employees.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of experience in HR Functions and Compensation & Benefits.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships at all levels.
• Strong knowledge of payroll software/systems, employment laws and regulations.
• Detailed, organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Have full spectrum of HR knowledge, payroll, Malaysia Labour Laws, statutory requirements and prevailing human resource practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Oversee and process monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines; ensure full statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS in Malaysia).
• Review payroll reports, reconcile discrepancies, and liaise with Finance and external vendors on payroll-related matters.
• Maintain and improve HR policies, procedures, and documentation; ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies; manage onboarding and offboarding.
